This hotel ended up being perfect for the conference we were attending. Not only were the conference rooms great the location of the hotel was wonderful. Huge mall literally across a small street. High end stores as well as more moderate stores. Plus wide variety of restaurants. Our room was good and being platinum it included breakfast. The restaurant staff was excellent. Dan, Odette and Jacolyn went out of their way to make sure our meals where great. Very pretty area to sit if you wanted to eat outside. We used valet service but in hindsight we would have used self parking since it was close and easy. We flew into LAX and the hotel is only about a 30 minute easy drive. If you have a car there is a lot to see in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Renovated and very comfortable. Stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was very spacious and the view was good. The lounge serves good breakfast and the hotel also had a laundry that we could operate, which is helpful when you travelling for a few weeks. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was great and the location right next to the mall is excellent.

The rooms are super small and oudated, they had a makeup cover but you can feel how old the hotel really is. The staff is kind but the Starbucks staff omg, they treat you like if they’re doing you favor. One of my mornings I went late to office by 3 hours waiting for hot water in the shower ; reported it 4 times and water never came in! They charge additional 34 usd daily for parking!!! Which is insane!!

We had a family reunion and wanted to stay at this marriott up high above the first floor.....the place is clean, and has recycling buckets....the staff are great.....thx so much....we will return when in town...

1/20/2023 Celebrating the forthcoming Luner New Year! Enjoy the live music and heated half indoor half outdoor pool based on soft water from chloride salts and indoor whirlpool SPA very much. Thank the hotel for delivering improved clean and soft water in both pool and spa or hot tub, you will feel very comfortable while in the pool. The premium cocktail recipe in this uploaded photo came from the Pearished Dragon 's (Grey Goose La Loire/St. Germaine/ pear puree/house made dragon fruit syrup/ lemon juice) from Marriott 's Boutique Hotel (Avenue of the Arts Costa Mesa) by replacing pear puree with strawberry puree. To be fair to all other Marriott hotels, I would have rated this hotel as a 5 star hotel if the Marriott standard M Club Lounge would be available while most Marriott hotels have their M Club Lounge opened in 2022. All staff I met are friendly. 08/19/2022 Enjoyed the swimming pool this time very much in comparison to many previous times a perfect water temperature and cleanness like The Ritz Carlton 's. Thanks for a new team to take care of it daily lead by Peter and contributing Los Angeles reaching to a top five Best Nightlife Cities in the U.S. award by U.S. News Travel.
