Mike's subs never disappoint. Full of flavor and fresh. Love this place.

I went to the register to speak with a young man, thinking he would get a manager, but instead, I ended up waiting for about 20 minutes until a young lady tried to assist me. In the end, I settled for them making a very meager tuna sandwich. In conclusion, their sandwiches range from mediocre to subpar, and the customer service is virtually nonexistent. I’ve learned my lesson: grabbing a quick sandwich at Jersey Mike’s is not a good idea.

I really enjoy these subs! They’re made fresh and taste fantastic. However, the staff was a bit slow and disorganized. After placing your order, you have to step back and wait until they call you to finish making your sandwich. It’s unclear whether you should pay beforehand or just wait, which can be confusing. Normally, the line flows smoothly in one direction, but the food is consistently satisfying and definitely worth the wait!

Overall, the experience was fantastic, and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

I visited the restaurant today to grab a sub, and the guy who took my order—his name was Diego—was really great. He noticed right away that I was wearing a Dodgers hat, and from there, our conversation just flowed effortlessly. Another manager was also present, wearing a blue polo shirt, though I didn’t catch his name. He joined in on the conversation, discussing sports and cars. Honestly, it was one of the best conversations I’ve ever had in a restaurant; it felt like being part of a podcast. I don’t usually leave reviews, but those guys really knew how to engage in a genuine, enjoyable conversation!
