Gonpachi Miyako - Torrance

Great place to stay locally. Japanese environmentally aware hotel. Japanese breakfast options and full Japanese bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable and staff is very customer service oriented.

It’s 2024 yet WIFI is still so low and unstable. The gym is a disaster, everything is either worn out or completely broken.

Great place for business trip, I felt like I was still in Japan.Guests were mainly Japanese, decor age toilets were Japanese style.Surrounded by Japanese restaurants and shops.Rooms: 7th (top) floor north has beautiful city views.South faces an empty lot at this point, but will be a warehouse in the future.South side is really warm, and also has view of distant peninsula.

The hotel it self is good, great and supportive staff, the rooms are quite good, however the internet quality of this hotel is really something, its just does not make any sense whatsoever that such a good hotel have such a problem, feels like the good old times of dial up internet quality if u know what am taking about. I hope the management is aware of this and try to improve.
