El Torito - Torrance

Service was fantastic, however the steak in the carne asada burrito was too rubbery to eat. Notified our server and he was very apologetic. He offered a replacement entree but we declined. Ultimately, he was able to remove the meal from our check, which was the right thing to do since it was generally inedible. Otherwise, the experience was good. One not-so-great meal will not keep us from returning to this location, been coming for years and this really was a first.

Our server Danny was absolutely attentive during such a busy time! Great service!

Taco Tuesday didn 't quite get it. Let me explain. After being seated for 2, we noticed that diners were gathering around separate buffet stations placing food onto their plates taco Tuesday . Personally I don 't like flour taco shell , I need to crunch. Now I get it! Don 't order from the menu but just get the items from the buffet stations. Wow! I will be back for TACO TUESDAY. Back to my Tuesday menu selection ordered unsweetened Tea, tortilla soup, chicken salad which was delicious with green goddess dressing. Our waitress was knowledgeable and friendly I did asked if the refried beans were prepared with 'lard ' she said yes. Then asked if they had black beans without lard. Yes they did after she went to speak to chef..he came to our table to get clarity. Like that! Food was very good the atmosphere was truly Mexican with hearing music in the background where we could have table talk without shouting. Just lovely. Will definitely return for TACO Tuesday next week. Vegetarian options: Inform the waitress or before placing your order they will make it for your taste buds. Dietary restrictions: Just know what your non- selections before hand. Don 't be shy! Wheelchair accessibility: Yes nice wide front doors. No steps to climb.

Manuel was amazing serving my husband and I during our dinner . The fajitas were amazing and margaritas top notch but best of all was the service!! Manuel thank you for the amazing help and wonderful conversation will be back!

Nathaniel is as my server very friendly Alison Ivan they are both very helpful and friendly love the service and the food great place very homely would recommend it 100% been going there for the past 20 years
