Contribuiți la feedbackSat in the bar waited over 20 minutes only to be served ice cold boneless wings and fries which I promptly returned. Spoke with the manager who seemed quite unbothered about my concerns. Needless to say I won't be returning. I understand it's a chain restaurant but what happened to the service element?
Unfortunately Bad service this evening , not even busy ... our waitress has been socializing in the bar area and she forgets our drink order it's sad ,poo hostess has been picking up the slack : .... Oh well..:
Excellent service with good prices to boot. The food is always good. Would recommend.
My wife and waited for our food for over an hour, we ordered the Fajita trio by the time we received our food the the beef was burnt, the Margaritas were watered-down. We dined at this particular Chili's twice prior before coming today, very horrible service we won't patronage this establishment again.
There are obvious reasons why this Chili 's has such a low rating. The worst part is that management apparently doesn 't care one whit. On my first visit here a few weeks ago, my food seemed hastily prepared (e.g., a massive load of very stale French fries, pink doneness taken to the extreme), but that 's not the worst of it... While awaiting my TO GO order (which process was ably assisted by the pleasant staff, whom I tipped accordingly), I used the restroom. It was both a mess and neither soap dispenser had soap. One of the faucets didn 't work... obviously the guest bathroom is not a priority at this location. But nevertheless a large, clear sign read: If the restroom needs attention, please tell us. So I told a staff member that the restroom apparently needed a plumber to fix one of the faucets. I didn 't add that the trash was overflowing (that 's just basic/obvious stuff that anyone would/should notice). While I sat awaiting my order the staff member I spoke with entered the restroom with a manager, who on the way, dismissed my report (before entering the room) as not serious. Hey, Mr. manager: when does it become serious to you--if you routinely ignore your customers?? Today I visited again. Same disaster restroom. Same sloppy food... ugh. A huge bag of free chips with a microwave HEATING INSTRUCTIONS label... News flash: I don 't buy restaurant food so I can prepare it myself! The very cold salsa tasted like cheap tomato soup. Inedible. Most of the shrimp in the dish was edible. One wasn 't. A large clump of grated cheese filled about 1/5 of the container; I paid extra for Extra avocado. Okay... it arrived with a fair portion of avocado, but a couple of the wedges were unripe/inedible. I have no plans whatsoever to return. Buyers beware. There are many better options for southwestern fare in Torrance. The Chili 's I recall from decades ago in Kansas City was excellent. This one is very disappointing. 1.5 stars rounds up to 2! This is my lowest-ever rating of a food place. If the manager hadn 't dismissed my restroom report, it could 've been 2.5.
