Fab Sunday roast, loads of beef, and a plateful of delicious roast potatoes, carrots, parsnip, runner beans (sweet and perfectly cooked), Yorkshire pudding, and pot of gravy. Service was polite and discrete, and the bill very reasonable. We booked over the phone, and were also able to choose our meat beforehand. Service and food really good. We were allowed to order small roast each and share a pudding. As seniors we can't eat huge meals and hate wasting food. Highly recommend this as all round friendly pub. Had Sunday Lunch....It was really good not expensive, great staff, good beer. The wife liked the place because the tables were NOT sticky ...it was nice and clean and the cutlery was shining, thats a rare find : Yeah nice pub..... Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20
