Watson’s - Toronto

Our server, Roman, was wonderful. The drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect for catching up with friends. I also really enjoyed the patatas bravas!

The restaurant did not honor our reservation. We had booked a table for 10 PM, but when we arrived, they claimed there was no space and asked us to return at 10:30 PM. When I called later, I was informed that our reservation had not been adjusted to 10:30 PM and that we only had 45 minutes left on our original booking. Additionally, they mentioned that the reservation is only for 1 hour, contrary to the 2 hours stated online.

I couldn't get the wine I wanted, but the waitstaff were exceptionally professional and offered a great alternative. The oysters were delicious and offered good value for the price. The cocktails were also well crafted. Even with just two front-of-house staff serving a full house, I never felt that the service was lacking.

A bit difficult to talk over the music, but overall really great place to dine and chill. I had my birthday here and even with some chaos happening, the staff was so kind and compromising.

Was great, however the music was too loud and the menu is limited. Good prices and excellent service.
