Service was fast and very friendly. And the beer is delicious

Good service, okay food, but when I tell you it was 16 for literally 1 piece of bruschetta cut in half I’m not exaggerating

I had high hopes being an Italian restaurant and was looking really forward to some good Italian food to celebrate my daughters 19th birthday. Not the case at all. The pasta tasted like it was cooked from frozen, the portion size was tiny, it almost was like a joke or an appetizer size, and no bread to dip in the sauce. One of our guests entree was forgotten and when it finally came (after asking about it) it was undercooked (raw) pizza, so they then brought her something else and she finally was able to eat while the rest of us were done and waiting on the bill. The atmosphere was ok, loud music and blah, like sitting in an unfinished basement. We did however go upstairs to the cafe and got some treats and my daughter really enjoyed the chocolate hazelnut cookie and we also enjoyed some Gelato, so it did end on a good note. Maybe the other Eataly restaurant options are better?

Great meet up place! We enjoyed the Happy Hour and the great food!

Great staff, good food, good atmosphere I will recommend Birroteca to all my friends.
