Tim Hortons - Toronto

This tim hortons location is packed quite during the midday hours (11:35 clock to 12:25 clock) moreover knows the majority of the rod what they do and confuse rarely their order. there will be some cases where they have a lack and they can not get exactly what they wanted, but for good customer service and good sandwiches, I would give him a 4 star.

Bad environment rude builders just skip lines and talk back to customers. the tim hortons did not serve me and stayed on the despicable to serve me after I argued with several construction workers for skipping the line. I asked one of the cashiers why they would serve me and just ignore me, I guess the construction worker paid him

Asian female working in the night take order with very small voice and low customer service and, said, no product after change me and no apology. I just need to be in a hurry for the clothes of other customers

Very poor customer service, extremely incompatible, but also extremely slow. two register still only one is ever in use. the lunch menu time changes daily, some days I go at 9 o'clock and it is open, but I will go the next day and be told that it will not be open for another hour.

Price fluctuation and terrible customer service.Been there 3 times this week ordering the same sandwich, and been charged 3 different prices. It increases by around 1$ every time. And when asked, the person behind the counter (I have her name but I won’t publicly shame) asked me if I was “ok”, and that I should “relax”. Is this what the service standard has become in this country?
