Came to dinner on Tuesday night at 18 o'clock. I wanted our famous baked lobster crab soup, but the waitress said it was very heavy and probably also.
This place looks very appealing when you pass and have a cool interieur down, but I felt that my visit last night was easy to order and nothing.
After a show near dinner, we stopped by this restaurant not knowing what to expect, as it seemed to only offer pasta and pizza. However, we were pleasantly surprised. We were immediately greeted by a very attentive server and the food was excellent! We started with coconut shrimp and then ordered a variety of dishes including angel hair shrimp pasta, pizza, meatball gnocchi, and salads. All of the portions were generous and the flavors were fantastic. For dessert, we shared apple cake with ice cream, chocolate mousse, crème brûlée, and key lime cake. The cake was the standout, although everything else was great as well. The servers made sure to ask if we were heading to a show in order to time our meal perfectly and also provided great recommendations. I highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely return if in the area.
My date and I needed a place to eat a quick dinner before seeing the TSO at Roy Thomson Hall on a Saturday night in December. This was close by, they seated us right away, took our orders right away and the food came out...fast and hot! We both had the carbonara and while it was rich, it was very good. We were in and out in less than a hour and it was less than a 5 minute walk to our destination. Perfect!
