Subway - Toronto

The quality of subway sandwiches has dropped significantly. The taste of bread is different and unpleasant, it feels chewy like a gum. The toppings have become smaller and thinner. The sandwich artist literally counts befpre pitting toppings. He added 4 pieces of cucumber to a footlong. Literally had to ask for more of each topping. The cost is obnoxious now. Its better to go for a full meal to a restaurant thsn grab a footlong combo.

The quality of the chicken breast sandwich was totally bland. The bread was so tasteless I had to pick apart the individual ingredients by hand to get a meal out of it. Ended up eating just the lettuce and veggies and leaving the very bland chicken breast.

This was the worst Subway I have ever visited. The taste was not good, and the service and staff behavior were disappointing. This experience took place on May 6th, 2023, at 8:30 PM.

This is the best subway in the city! The staff is always very friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my meal is just right.

The customer service was not as expected and need to repeat the quantity of toppings and also need to repeat the order again and again worst experience in subway.
