Subway - Toronto

The customer service was excellent and my friends and I had a great experience. The food quality was also outstanding.

The restaurant was spotless and the service was exceptional. The staff was quick and made my wrap just the way I wanted. I really liked my BBQ Rib Wrap.

I ordered a inch tuna sandwich via Uber Eats. When I took a bite, it was obvious that the tuna was spoiled. I messaged Uber Eats who said they would not give me a refund and suggested I contact the restaurant. The restaurant said...that, if I wanted to come in and get one now, they would not honour a future credit for the sandwich. The reason I use Uber Eats is because I work in hospital and don't have extra time to travel for food as wel as trying to minimize COVID exposure. I have ordered from this restaurant dozens of times and am saddened that this was their response. I won't be ordering from them anymore.

This is the best Subway I have ever been to. I am very satisfied with the excellent service I received. I will only be returning to this particular Subway location, even though it is just minutes away from my home.
