Scotthill Caribbean Cuisine - Toronto

If you really love eating for the pleasure of things that just done like no other, this is one of the best delivery meals in the city. The pig pigs and their reds are ashamed of the city's shops. If they have oxtail and you... are lucky enough to get it before it runs out, it's like Jamaican Ossobucco. You'll become one of those Toronto secrets I'm begging my friends.

We've been going to Scotthill since they first opened. It was always excellent and worth the $15 they charge for a red. We usually get the chicken curry roti and the boneless jerk chicken roti. We like spices, but this time the chicken was so hot that it was almost impossible!! Really disappointing because it was always our favorite red aroma, juicy and rich this time it was too hot and instead juicy chicken was full of cartilage and fat chicken. The chicken curry was very bland and again the chicken that was in fat more than meat. If you pay a premium for Roti, you expect it to be delicious and edible, will not return after this last experience.

This is our way to go for Jamaican foods since they opened. For whatever reason we had not ordered from them in months to last night and it was even better than we remember. We had the chicken, healed goats and roasted chicken. Everything... the meat was super damp, the spices on the Ruck and goats was just perfect and the rice and the peas were wonderful!

Great little restaurant recommended by an associate. The service was attentive and attentive. I ordered the Chicken Breast Jerk dinner, and my dinner companion ordered the Snapper dinner. Both were accompanied by Plantain, Koleslaw and rice and beans. The taste was... phenomenal as we were told that the meals were ordered from scratch. We were not disappointed. I would definitely try the Roti.
