Pure Spirits - Toronto

Server was attentive and friendly, food was super delicious! We had the east coast oysters that were quite large and juicy. The octopus and spaghettini were also really good. Impressed with the quality of food.

Octopus was terrible!! No comments! Oysters without single dressing given, cheap as there is oysters place. Wine terrible and old. Used to be better service and performance.

My favourite spot for seafood in Toronto. I usually save it for being on one of the “coasts” but was delighted to find this gem in the Distillery. They have lots of great options for any non-seafood lovers in your house.

Food and ambiance were good. Prices are high compared with restaurants of similar quality. Service (Mike) was mediocre. Dismissive attitude, mistakes made with little concern, and auto-gratuity was more than the stated 18%. When questioned, he shrugged and said that’s what it is, then walked away. We got the vibe he was taking advantage. I discussed this with the GM and she was understanding and willing to make it right.
