Pizza Pizza - Toronto

I dine at this restaurant every week. The best pizza is when you customize it with the creamy garlic sauce.

What a bad idea ordering the new stuffed crust pizza. I order the new stuffed crust pizza and was extremely disappointed. The base of the pizza was as thing as paper it could not hold together. when you try and pick a piece up all the toppings fall off, My wife almost burnt her hand picking it up as the cheese and toppings fell off. I tired to call customer service about the issue after speaking to 6 people and being disconnected 3 times was finally offered a full refund for the pizza. This was a horrible experience which I never expected from pizza pizza as I have order many times before( non-stuffed crust). Really give me second guess ordering from them after the customer service I experienced today . I have attached a couple pictures of the pizza to know what to expect before ordering. My suggestion if you want stuffed crust stick to the original restaurant that made it PH.

The pizza service at this restaurant was terrible. It was delivered over an hour late, and they also brought a soda when I specifically did not want one.

Came in as always , the Indian tall guy has terrible costumer service- always on his phone watching family guy and gave us a piece of cardboard for take out even the pizza tasted a bit off. Also no one answers your questions as they should

I requested my steak to be cooked well-done and it was prepared perfectly to my preference.
