Osmow's Shawarma - Toronto

Amazing service….. I loved the way Nisha suggested me the Falafel wrap as this was my first time to Osmos … I am vegetarian and she made my order so yummy…… She really went above and beyond my expectations as a customer…Will visit again for the wrap she did for me…. She really deserve a huge appreciation… I hope management will consider my request….

[The review which follows was actually meant for the 1166 St Clair W. location, but I will leave it up as I cannot recommend you eat at any location of this chain.]Went there on Sunday morning craving a falafel on pita.First of all, the whole place has a foul odor to it, like it is nearby a broken sewer main.The vegetable toppings were truly pathetic, with dry, papery looking lettuce, and tiny, very sketchy looking pieces of tomato. Hummus on the pita is extra, which is a shameless cash grab I've only seen this particular restaurant try to charge extra for hummus.The staff seemed to keep their plastic gloves on all the time without changing them. For example, the cashier handled my falafel with the same glove he operated the register with and probably accepts cash with, defeating the whole point of glove.Clearly the staff is doing the bare minimum to appear to adhere to health requirements without actually caring .Finally, I only asked for lettuce, tomato and onion on my pita but got both tahini and garlic sauce.I asked the lady what is in the garlic sauce, and I swear, she just looked at me like she didn't undertand the question. After asking a few times and getting no response I knew there was not any chance I was going to eat the wrap and just left.I cannot confirm how the wrap tasted as I wisely discarded it to the street corner as soon as I left.I feel bad for anyone who eats at this restaurant.

This Osmow’s location is always excellent and the staff go beyond our expectations to provide wonderful service. Earlier today, Arshia and Ali were friendly, professional, and ensured that our orders were perfect and it is individuals like them that make us come back to that location. Thank you to all of the staff (especially to Arshia and Ali!

Meat is not fresh and looks like dog food. Staff are on phone calls talking while working and the worker who made my order stuck her finger in her ear with gloves on and then proceeded to make my food . Safe to say that I will not be returning here.

My one of friend(Nisha working here) recommended this place to visit.. Best shawarma i have ever try… everyone should go there…
