Naan And Chai - Toronto

No social distancing, patio umbrella fell which is a hazard. Service was poor from payment to the waitress asking us grab the food because it will fall out of her hands. Waited over 30 min when a reservation was made. Only good takeout. Dine in experience is horrible.

Everything was served on paper plates and disposable cutlery/cups. Not what I was expecting. The pictures I had seen of Naan Chai ahead of time were misaligned with the food/presentation actually received. Chai tasted terrible, not what I would expect from a place with chai in their name. Waiter was new and didn’t really know what he was doing.

The food and ambience was amazing. The interior was very nice as well

It was good but i find it more expensive. 1 naan for 15$

They have a wide selection of naans and the taste is good... though they can amp up the spice levels. Portion size is decent and is quite filling. The ambience is chic as its uncommon to find desi restaurants that have attractive interiors. Service is fair albeit they can improve it. The tea was a bit disappointing as it was very watery. Overall the experience was good.
