It could have been improved by blending it with crushed ice to make it smoother. With a liquor license, this lassi could be a hit on a summer evening. For my main course, I chose the Unbuttered soy curls with potatoes and peas in a tomato gravy. The textures of the curls paired well with the rice, which finally arrived after the initial forgotten order. The meal was so filling that the addition of rice made it even more satisfying. I quickly devoured the dish, including the spice-root veggies and dahl lentil curry, and still had enough to take home for the next day. Overall, dinner was a delightful experience.
I started my dinner with the curry red lentil soup ($5) which was hearty, delicious, and well-seasoned. The paprika added a nice kick and each bite was filled with different shades of orange and satisfying textures. I would have liked it a bit hotter temperature-wise, but it was worth every penny. I think it would have been a healthy and light meal with a vegan/gluten-free cracker or bread. I also tried the vegan mango Lassi, my first time trying it. It was tasty but could have been smoother and more appealing if mixed with crushed ice. With a liquor license, it would be perfect for a summer night. The kitchen did forget to bring the rice initially, but our plates were already so full. When the rice did come, it made the meal even more filling. Cina a început cu Curry Red Lentil Soup, a fost consistentă, delicioasă și bine condimentată. Un pic de piper i-a dat o lovitură bună și fiecare bucată a fost umplută cu nuanțe variate sau portocalii și textural satisfăcătoare. Mi-ar fi plăcut să fie un pic mai cald de temperatură. Simt că, dacă această supă ar fi venit cu biscuiți vegani fără gluten sau pâine, ar fi făcut o masă ușoară foarte sănătoasă pentru oricine lucrează pentru corpul lor de vară! Pe lângă supă, am comandat și un Mango Lassi vegan, a fost PRIMII lassi ai mei, delicioși, dar calzi, groși, dar nu prea. Iaurtul vegan este scump, poate amestecarea acestei băuturi lassi cu o ceașcă plină cu gheață zdrobită și o face mai fină ar fi putut spori atracția. Cu o licență de băuturi alcoolice, acest lassi ar putea face un drum lung într-o seară de vară! mmmm ... MANGO !! Principalul pe care l-am ales a fost bucle de soia nebătute cu cartofi și mazăre într-un sos de roșii. Texturile buclelor au mers foarte bine cu orezul când a venit în sfârșit! lol A lucrat în favoarea faptului că bucătăria a uitat orezul prima dată, pentru că farfuriile noastre au fost umplute până la refuz! Orezul, când a venit mai târziu, a făcut ca această masă să fie mai plină ca niciodată! Au fost chiar destui pentru a face bagajele și pentru a le duce acasă pentru a doua zi
