Mazz Japanese Bistro - Toronto

During our visit to Toronto, we stayed close to this restaurant. We were hoping to order Toro and Amaebi from their menu, but unfortunately they were not available.

I just tried their delivery service and I have to say I am very impressed. We ordered Nigiri (Salmon, Tuna, Eel, Yellowtail), Karaage, Sushi pizza, tempura, and Spicy Tuna, and everything was delicious.

Our order for 4 people took over an hour to prepare. The soup and sashimi were both good. Sushi was ok. Teriyaki was not very good. It was not worth the exceptional wait.

Well received, pleasant service and great recommendations! Had the wakame salad, beef enoki mushroom roll (must try!), tako yaki, futomaki roll and one of their dragon rolls. Everything was quite tasty!

Just visited here for the first time this week. It has been open for around 2 years. The waitress was super friendly and accommodating. (we asked if she could turn the music down just a notch which was immediately adjusted) We had the Agi Dashi tofu and then the spicy salmon and avocado/cucumber rolls. there was much more to try, but of course there is only so much 2 can eat in one sitting :) Was nice to have the window seat and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Would definitely go back.
