MaMa Chef Korean Restaurant - Toronto

The prices were excellent and the food was amazing. My friend and I visited and were impressed by the delicious side dishes. It felt like a home-cooked meal, very authentic. We ordered the black bean noodle combo and the spicy seafood noodle soup, both of which were very good. I would definitely come back here again. Thank you!

The food and service at this restaurant are excellent, deserving 5 stars. However, I have to deduct 2 stars due to their poor quality takeaway containers. The containers are not suitable for holding wet items, which is a major issue as most items on the menu are moist. They are made of unlined cardboard that absorbs moisture from the food, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. Unfortunately, I will no longer choose this restaurant for takeout until they upgrade their containers. It's a shame because the food is delicious.

I wish I could give this restaurant negative 100 stars. How dare they label themselves as serving "Korean" food? It is not authentic Korean cuisine at all. It seems like someone is just trying to imitate Korean dishes, but the taste is truly awful. I usually finish all my food when I eat out, but this time I couldn't even bring myself to eat everything on my plate, even when I was hungry. I didn't even bother asking for a to-go box.

I recommend hot stone bibimbap here! Seafood pancake was ok. I like it better when it has more ingredients in it. But bibimbap was very good.

The food here were amazing! I ordered for delivery and the food were still hot. I ordered black bean noodles with sweet and sour pork, and beef ribs and they were delicious. They also sent spring rolls (also good! along with my order saying on the house! It was so thoughtful of them. Thank you so much!
