Longos a Fresh Tradition - Toronto

The store is open late and has many options, especially if you just jump for a quick bite. Beautiful selection of items to choose from and you do not review forever.

Recently, I purchased a pack of raw skinless boneless chicken from Longo's and found two pieces of short metal wire in the meat. The store issued me a refund and their main office provided me with a $15 credit on my Longo's loyalty reward card. I would caution anyone looking to buy meat products from this store to be aware of this issue. I hope Longo's continues to investigate and communicates transparently about what happened. The safety of their customers is worth more than just a $15 credit.

I was falsely accused of shoplifting at this restaurant. I was confronted by 8 staff members who circled around me and blocked my exit. They upset me terribly, and when I asked them to calm down, they were very rude. Despite my requests for them to charge me or check my belongings, they refused. Eventually, I showed them that I had not stolen anything. However, they did not apologize and instead told me not to return. I did nothing wrong, but was treated with disrespect.

I shop at Longos for fresh products, fresh fish and meat. Staff are friendly and helpful and always have the shelves in stock

I really like this upscale grocery store. They offer fresh food and high-quality ingredients. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but it's definitely more of a premium establishment.
