Contribuiți la feedbackI usually don't write reviews, but I had such a great experience at this place that I felt compelled to share. The woman who served me was incredibly kind and made my mocha quickly. It was the best coffee I've had in a while. I frequently visit cafes in the city when I'm on the go, and this one has become my new favorite. The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful.
I wish I could give this place five stars. The server was very friendly and kind, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. I initially thought it was a bubble tea shop, but it was actually a café with people working or studying there. Unfortunately, the reason for my rating is the drink itself. I ordered a large Uji matcha latte with tapioca for $7.06 after tax. Despite looking good, it tasted like water with no trace of matcha. I requested no ice or sugar to avoid dilution, but it was still not up to par with the good matcha I've had in the past.
Overall a decent experience. The only issue is that on September 6th, the person working the evening shift was touching food with their hands, without wearing gloves. It was also unappetizing to see him sniffing while handling food for delivery. The girl who worked before him, however, was excellent and very hygiene-conscious.
Love going here for a late night snack and a quiet place to chat! The staff are very friendly and I love their dango and coffee jelly! A little pricey but hey I find it’s definitely worth it! ? also absolutely love how there’s always anime playing in the background!
