Contribuiți la feedbackIt's cold outside, it was cold inside. We were near the front entrance, after a table left we asked to move but it was still cold in the back. I ordered the duck, and my sister got a spicy ramen. They were both lukewarm. We both asked for thick noodles, and these noodles weren't thick. It's more like instant noodles from a package. My duck ramen tasted mostly of cream and onion. My sister asked for a medium spice level, nothing spicy but the single whole red chili pepper they threw for decoration. In the end, we both could only recall how much raw onion was in there, and it tasted like microwave college food.
Personally was not a fan, not good compared to other ramen spots in Toronto. Broth is lacking flavour and the chicken was cold in my ramen.
If you enjoy hearty soup, then this is the perfect spot for you.
This place gives great Japanese cuisine vibes. The servers were super polite, and the prices are super affordable. The takawasabi was great and gave great kick to the taste buds. I always come here for takoyaki, and they never disappoint. The taste and texture, including the dressing, have been consistently great. Chicken gyozas are not bad either. Crispy and warm. The second time onward, I tried their ramen, and it was delicious. I also tired the fried chicken sides, which didn't disappoint.I shall return.
Midori ramen is amazing. Love the food! However, all the ramen are more cream based, so it's heavy. My stomach was full in half a bowl. The kale noodles is a good addition compared to all the other Ramen places. Loved the service, sweet Staff and very helpful. I took the red spicy ramen (medium) and exchanged the corns with egg and I loved it. For a person who's use to spice its pretty less spicy than you expect it.
