Istanbul Café Espresso - Toronto

What a fantastic café and wonderful experience! I visited with my cousin, whom I don’t get to see often enough. We both adored the ambiance and were fortunate to meet the owner. If you’re wondering whether magic exists, you need to come to this café! I’ll definitely be back and will spread the word, as I’ve never encountered a café like Istanbul before.

I enjoyed the chai latte and café latte, and we tried both the zucchini walnut muffin and the strawberry croissant—my husband loved the croissant! I also thought the lamps in the café were really beautiful. The only area for improvement would be the service; the staff wasn't very polite, except for the Asian guy who took our order.

The Turkish coffee was decent, and while the Su Boregi was somewhat bland—basically just dough and cheese—I still found it enjoyable due to its great texture.

Not sure the Turkish coffee I ordered was worth $5.40 but there presentation is 10/10 for me. The staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to ordering. The place has got some nice Turkish touch to it.

Amazing place to work. The coffee is amazing and the staff is friendly. It’s my go to spot when it comes to work or a chat with a friend. Would recommend checking out. Tea is authentic Turkish tea and the brew is fresh daily. Been coming here for over 3 months now and sometimes more than 5 days in a row.
