Contribuiți la feedbackI have been to many Indian restaurants, but this one is truly one of the best. The ambience is cozy and the menu offers a wide variety of dishes. The cocktails list is also very innovative, giving a fantastic twist to traditional Indian cuisine. The service staff is extremely polite and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The food is incredibly tasty, with my favorites being the lasooni cauliflower, chilli beef, banana wrapped fish, and the lamb roganjosh. The presentation of the food is also top-notch. This is a restaurant that will surely have you coming back for more after your first visit.
Our experience at Indian Street Food Company was absolutely amazing. We adored the decor, especially the unique touch of the 4 wheeled carts and wood panelled wall with various pictures. This restaurant is far from being just a hole in the wall. The service and food were both excellent. Every dish we tried was outstanding, from the divine eggplant fries to the black pepper prawns served in a traditional tiffin style, and the vada pao fondue to the Kerala beef Chili and Kothuroti. We also enjoyed the soya beans tikka. To end the delicious meal, we savored some gulab jamun donut and cutting chai, both of which were delightful. Chef Hemant Bhagwani has truly impressed us with his menu and his vision of offering Toronto upscale Indian street food.
This restaurant offers authentic Indian cuisine! Every dish we tried was exceptional. You cannot miss trying their Malai Kulfi before leaving. Our overall experience was mouth-watering and the service was top-notch at Indian Street Food Co. If you are in Toronto, this place is a must-visit!
Excellent food, melt in your mouth beef ribs, cauliflower was to die for...recommend making a reservation, the space is not that large and it was very busy and could be a little loud, but that adds to the atmosphere too...I'd go again and again. As they say: Tips are included
We first found these guys at a food event in the Aga Khan Museum a couple of years ago, and they had not opened this place yet. I remember thinking to myself.....Self? This food is AWESOME. Find them when they open.....Well, it took us a couple of years but we finally ate here and how fabulous. Just fabulous. From the funny sign at the door, to the SO unique cocktails (reasonably priced, too), to the wine list, to the actual food, which was PERFECT. Perfectly spiced but not overpowering. Perfectly but not TOO rich. Unique. This is just a great place, from the service to the food to the ambience. Loved it.
