Contribuiți la feedbackI often go there when I’m in GTA and never disappointed. Good sushi, place well decorated, japanese style. One if the two best sushi in that area.
The beef teriyaki is really delicious. The beef is soft and the teriyaki is one of the most delicious sauce in Canada
This was our first visit to this restaurant and we enjoyed how it was attached to the Delta Hotel. Service was top notch and our server was a pleasure to interact with. The prices on the menu were a bit high, and I was disappointed...to find that their only sushi roll combo was for takeout only. Our meal tasted fresh and was very good. Overall a great find in the delta hotel.
I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Ginko, especially since I was staying at an airport hotel in Toronto. While I wouldn't go as far as to call it authentic, Ginko is a solid Japanese restaurant that doesn't cater too much to the local crowd. I found the restaurant while searching for Japanese cuisine nearby, and the website matched my expectations. I started with a spinach and sesame sauce dish, and for my main course, I had the Daimyo Gozen, which included tuna sashimi, salmon sushi, shrimp and vegetable tempura, breaded pork skewers, grilled black cod, miso soup or salad, and rice (I opted for premium grain rice for an additional fee). The only thing missing was pickles. Erin, the manager/server, was friendly and provided excellent service. If I find myself in the neighborhood again, I would not hesitate to dine at Ginko.
Ginko Japanese Restaurant is a popular dining spot in Toronto that offers an authentic Japanese culinary experience. Founded in 1984 by Shigeo Kimura, a Japanese immigrant, the restaurant is known for its expertly crafted sushi and various other Japanese specialties. Aside from sushi and sashimi, Ginko also offers a variety of dishes such as shrimp, beef, chicken, and salmon. Located on the west side of the Delta Hotels Toronto Airport Conference Centre building at 655 Dixon Road, Ginko is open for lunch and dinner on weekdays, as well as for dinner on Saturdays. Reservations are recommended, and party rooms are available for special events. Visitors can enjoy three hours of free parking at the Delta Hotels Toronto Airport Conference Centre when dining at Ginko. The dress code is casual and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
