Dolce Gelato - Toronto

It’s the best gelato store in town. Once you try pistachio gelato, you can’t eat from other stores seriously. I’m correcting reward pony card since early time.

I went to this restaurant tonight hoping for the mango flavor, but they were almost closing so they only had chocolate available. Even though I was a bit annoyed that I couldn't get the mango, the chocolate was still amazing and I'm glad I tried it. The restaurant itself is very classy and clean. They even let me use their washroom before I decided to eat there, which I appreciated because I really needed to go. I stumbled upon this place by chance since the Subway next door wouldn't let me use their restroom. I'm glad I found this gem!

Similar to my experience at Wazema, I decided to do some research on Dolce Gelato as I am quite particular about my gelato choices. Despite receiving positive reviews and recommendations from others, I was unsure about the variety of flavors they offered, so I ventured into the shop without much knowledge. Surprisingly, there were not many customers present on a hot day in June, when gelato is typically in high demand. The service I received while selecting a flavor was not very welcoming, as the staff seemed eager for me to make my choice and leave. I ultimately chose a blood orange gelato to compare it with other gelatos I have tried in the city. Dolce Gelato does produce a decent gelato, however, I had expected it to be more exceptional based on the rave reviews. Despite receiving a generous serving, I was slightly disappointed to find that it tasted similar to other gelatos I have sampled. It failed to stand out in any way, leaving me puzzled as to why it is so popular among many customers. While Dolce Gelato can provide a refreshing treat on a hot day, those in search of the best gelato in the city may need to explore other options.

Mmmm gelato. Their gelato is good, tasty, and melty in a good way.The only thing I don't like about this place it the waffle. It's too airy and soft, which leads to a soggy waffle when served with gelato on top.

On a crisp autumn night, a few friends and I stumbled upon a fantastic gem called Dolce Gelato. We perused the various flavors offered at this establishment and settled on the classic bacio and sophisticated tiramisu. I decided to try the famous gelato that King's Landing had to offer, and the first bite was delicious and refreshing. The second serving of the other flavor was equally delightful, as the two flavors complemented each other perfectly. I highly recommend Dolce Gelato and would give it a 10 out of 10 rating. I would definitely return for more.
