Cafe M - Toronto

Locale carinissimo, atmosfera rilassante. Un buon caffè, proveniente dal sudamerica, e tostato in Canada. Free WiFi. Ringrazio la cameriera Sarah che è stata davvero gentile e simpatica. Thank you Sarah you made the difference in this place, you're amazing! :-)

Mostly a fairly generic cafe, though the big windows are pretty nice to sit at and stare. Their best is their "secret mix" hot chocolate which is mellow and not too sweet, and maybe the best hot chocolate that I have found in Toronto.

If you're a local that lives in the hood you'll know it's really hard to find a nice café on Yonge to sit in & have a coffee & some light fare.Almost everything on Yonge that's casual tends to be a chain or fast food.Café M is that place & makes good coffee , tasty food & the staff are friendly.My only complaint is they could do something to make the interior a little nicer.It's a little dark & uninviting.

I went there few times in the past and I always enjoyed the atmosphere, but now everything has changed. The coffee wasn't bad and even the muffin but the staff is really awful.They weren't friendly at all and they started speaking really not nicely about us...but they didn't know I can speak Spanish. Seriously next time before starting speak badly about people you should be sure that they can't understand you!I give two points instead of one because the food wasn't bad.

Used to like coming to this place for lunch; especially enjoyed their gluten-free offerings, including sandwiches. Dropped by today and was told for the fourth consecutive time that they were out of gluten-free bread. Decided to settle for salad and juice but was told there was no juice, just pop and flavored water. Bye, nice knowing you. How many more once-loyal customers are they alienating. Must be running into financial trouble. Countdown to the padlock and bailiff's notice on the door.
