Burger King - Toronto

I visited the restaurant today. They didn't fill the cup all the way and wanted to charge an additional 30 cents to top it off.

The customer service at this restaurant was the worst I have ever experienced. For no apparent reason, a woman was yelling at me and my friend while I was placing our order. Additionally, it seemed like she was not interested in making the apple pie we requested, so she pressured us to choose a different item just because it would take longer to prepare. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and patience displayed by the lady working that night. This was such a bad experience that I felt compelled to write a review, something I don't normally do.

The restaurant was severely understaffed, and it was evident that the workers were feeling the pressure. One girl was juggling cashing, cooking, and cleaning all at once, multitasking under extreme stress. The toilets were poorly maintained and had clearly not been cleaned in a while, likely due to corporate's reluctance to hire more staff. To top it off, the workers were made to wear silly paper crown hats, which made them appear demeaned and like they were there for entertainment purposes. The girl at the counter mentioned that there were no job openings at the store, adding to the sense of strain on the existing staff.

Asked for extra sauce twice. Got no sauce. Have to beg for packs of zesty every time in this location only. And the food is always cold. Better to go A and W or somewhere else. They also took away mango Burger??? Get better cashiers. The new dark one is useless asked me to repeat order four times at window too. Burger king going down hill fast and there food is so so. Avoid this location. Too much other good place around.
