Bite Me Grill - Toronto

I live opposite this place and often pop in when I'm starving and don't want to cook. The portions are large and the prices outrageously cheap. The Big Bite Burger is 8.99 and is two patries, cheese, bacon and homefries. And it's GOOD! Definitely worth checking out.

Any place with the name Bite Me at least had my curiosity aroused. So I also wondered if the new Bite Me Grill on the Danforth Ave. Greektown strip would arouse my taste buds as well. All in all, I found it a decent experience. Lots of food for a reasonable price. I had a fluffy feta and spinach omelet that came with a load of home fries, and two pieces of toast for around $8. With coffee it was a very reasonable lunch by Toronto prices. My lunch companion had a souvlaki and salad. I didn't sense this was as good as my dish as the meat was a little chewy. But her salad accompaniment came with loads of feta cheese. Better than the few crumbs one usually gets. Décor was clean and modern and the mid-week lunch crowd consisted of mom's and kids and friends out for a bite. The menu was surprisingly extensive with Eggs Benny in several guises, a variety of omelets, pancakes, souvlakis, fresh fruit or yogurt dishes. Bite Me specializes in all-day breakfast and it succeeds. I would go again if in the mood for an egg-based lunch.

Decent restaurant, I often go there for breakfast or when I'm craving a club sandwich. I tried a burger once... tasty but very greasy.

This Greek gem is worth the travel. Service is prompt and courteous. Food is delicious and flavorful. Very "homy" feeling. Strongly recommended to locals and visitors.

Went there to try out nothing special,the staff is friendly and accommodating the breakfast selection is broad the coffee so so the presentation so so,the decor nothing to look at Would I go back no there many other places for breakfast that do better
