The ingredients are fresh and delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant. The owners are extremely friendly and give a warm welcome. I tried the energy bowl and Thai chicken bowl, both of which were delicious. The portions are great and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely return for another healthy meal!

The food at this restaurant is not only delicious, but also filling, healthy, and reasonably priced. The service is excellent as well. I highly recommend it.

Was in here today and the staff is just so lovely! Family owned and operated and you can tell they care deeply about their product, quality and presentation. Large salads, fresh and delicious.

One of my go to spots for healthy lunches. This east-end salad/bowl spot has a creative menu and quick service. I typically order the energy salad or rocket bowl, which are fully customizable for a clean lunch to your liking. Fresh greens and good meat/veggie options. Their option to add pickled beets to anything takes the cake for me. Portions are a good size for a full lunch. Also, their Asian inspired vinaigrettes that they use in their bowls are quite good. The vinaigrettes are sold in separate jars too. Easy ordering on ritual with quick turnaround and friendly reception at pickup. Great lunch spot!
