Contribuiți la feedbackI visited this restaurant on January 2, 2019, with my friends and was disappointed with the customer service. The servers were not friendly and their behavior was rude. Even when we spoke to the head chef, they did not apologize for the poor service. It seemed like they were only interested in making a profit and did not value customer satisfaction. I felt like I wasted my money, especially since they overcharged us by $8 for no apparent reason. Trust me, I will never be returning to this restaurant again. I left feeling frustrated and unhappy as a customer.
We ordered lamb vindaloo and two other dishes at the restaurant. The vindaloo was not overly spicy, but I prefer my vindaloo to have a bit more heat. I would consider it to be medium spicy. Indian food is typically served very hot, however in this instance it was only warm to very warm, not quite reaching a high level of heat. Despite this, the meal was very tasty overall. I would definitely return to this restaurant.
The service was poor and the food was below average. Additionally, a mandatory gratuity was added for a dinner for only two people. It was a terrible experience.
The tables were dirty. The service was very poor. The tables did not have basic stuff like salt and pepper. Servers completely ignorant of menu. They did not serve us drinks even after reminding and we kind of gave up. Totally not recommended. The owners should really focus on the place
It was a bad experience, every dish we asked for they didn't had including semolina savory, Punjabi tinda The server was not interested in serving.... extremely opposite experience to what was written in reviews
