I have always loved st.Louis and all the other locations I’ve been to have been great. But the two times I decided to give this location a try, the portion sizes of some of their foods were less than half of other locations and they lied saying that it’s their new policy (while this wasn’t the case for any other location). The other time we went, their coleslaw and salad had multiple moldy and disgusting lettuce in them, and the ribs wasn’t as we requested them; and again the poutine and burger were smaller than normal. Also there were two staff that were rude to us.St.Louis as a chain has amazing food but I don’t recommend going to this location at all.

They should not have tacos on their menu! Hated every bite of my chicken tacos cold, very salty soggy) and crispy fish tacos that my husband ordered not crispy at all and soggy)

Three of my friends and I went to this St.Louis location tonight. We have all been to other locations, but overall, it has been a while since we had our last chicken wings on the famous Tuesday night at St.Louis. We all know it is busy, and I know the servers are all busy on Tuesday night. However, it is our first time not getting served any food for 40 minutes while witnessing other tables finish their meal, new customers come and they get served both drink and food. I finished my beer and saw four gentlemen behind our table got served, and realized something is wrong. One of my friends told a server that we have not received our food, and all we got was her sigh before our face. Sure, it is not her fault. We are aware she is busy, but it is also true that we have not received any food for over 30 minutes. The server said she will go check, but we did not want to stay there any longer, so we started packing up and leaving. Then our server came and told us the food will come in 2 minutes. I said we are leaving, but we will pay for the drink, and we don't need the food. She said the drink is on the house and offered coupons for the next visit. If I knew the coupon is for dining in the location only and tax and gratuity not included, I would not accept it at all. I know the server tried to fix the issue, but I am afraid none of us wants to go to the location again; especially for dining. In case you are worried about the coupons you gave us, I made sure this is not going to be used in the future. I think that was unfortunate, but this is going to be a new type of unforgettable Tuesday night at St.Louis. If servers are too busy and cannot take care of a table in front of the bar without sighing, maybe the store needs to hire more servers at busy time.

My wife and I casually ended up having lunch here this weekend, and as always the food was fantasticWe had the cauliflower bites with buffalo sauce to share and as a main we sharedBBQ ribs and Buffalo Ranch wings and let me tell you... I was amused by the taste of the sauce 10/10We had to get a couple of beers and it was a fantastic evening watching some sports while talking in a family friendly environment
