I'm not one to complain but they went over the limit it took too long

The lack of professionalism and empathy with the customer is just one of the defects of this place. Yesterday I placed an order through the app and they accepted the order at 7:45 pm with a delivery time of 50 minutes. When it was 10:00 pm the order still hadn't arrived, I tried calling several times but they didn't answer or I gave a voicemail so I sent a message on whatsapp and asked if the snack would still arrive. They gave me an odd excuse and said they would deliver the sandwiches with a deadline of 3hrs. In short: they didn't deliver the sandwich, they didn't even send a message to apologize for the delay, much less for not delivering the sandwich to me. Bad service, bad professionalism. Would not recommend to ANYONE!

Never tinha experiencing nenhum serviço forged hair or local. I got quite a com or flavor you give pizzas ordered and eat at speed that elas ficaram prompt. I recommend with gosto to pizzaria, that pizza além, também produzem sanduíches that seem to be flavored like pizzas. I have nothing to claim, but only to praise.
