Ghiottus Taberna - Torino

We found this place by accident and it was a joy! Lovely friendly service, fantastic food and reasonable price. We had a lovely evening here and highly recommend if you're looking for some healthy fresh food in the heart of the city.

A lovely relaxed meal with good food in a central location service was excellent from our waiter and was patient and helpful. Good food on a menu with some variety at a very reasonable cost !

The room wasn’t crowded at all on this Monday evening, so our orders were served very quicky. The menu is quite varied, some dishes are very original (e.g. risotto with gorgonzola cheese and pears). The prices are affordable. The waiter was kind and patient with the fact that I was the only italian-speaking one of the group!

A very kindly proprietor looked after me very well here. I really enjoyed this menu as it gave me the chance to try a lot of new dishes which I do not see in London. It was also very affordable and right by my other favourite place Prime e Poi which I also reviewed. I really hope I can come back here as it was a real treat. My highlight (alongside the half litre of red wine for 6 euros), was a plate of roast beef and grilled polenta.

The restaurant is beautiful. The food and Wine selections were fantastic and the location is convenient to anyone staying near Central Turin. Have dinner then end your night with a relaxing walk around the area.
