Fattorie Garofalo Mozzarella Bistrot

Asked for a toasted baguette ham/mozzarella sandwich and other things. The service, reaction of staff to my request and the quality of sandwich was dire. The mozzarella was frozen and when asked to warm it up, the reaction was unbelievable. I know airport food is not normally high quality but this is as bad as it gets.

The service was ok, but the food was so bad. I ordered Risotto, vegetarian. No creamy risotto,but waterish and smelled very strongly of old salty bacon. I had two bites of this tasteless mass of rice and a few lettuce pieces. It was impossible to eat. I ate all the bread( fresh), paid my bill and left. No point in trying to explain how bad the food was. I was simply shocked.

For a quick, delicious, and healthy salad, get one of the gorgeous composed salads at Garofalo, inside the Turin Porta Nuova train station. The carrots (not generally my favorite veggie) had been par-cooked to perfection, tender firm and sweet. I had to complement them specifically for that! All the greens were beautiful, too, with a milky white bufalo cheese ball to top it off. Also tasty panini (sandwiches). Only down side was that it was a very warm day, and the seating areas weren't very cool.

Convenient for those inside the train station. friendly waiter. good food and presentable. Capuchins, brioches, and good sandwiches.
