Convivium Cafe&bistrot - Torino

I have been there with 2 friends for the first time a couple of days ago. The place is nicely decorated and the location makes it look like a seaside cafè. Said that, I had the italian aperitivo . It was outrageously expensive for what they gave us. 18EUR for a plateau of cheese and ham. It was more a plate of left overs than real and proper food. Very poor quality, everything tasted like discount frozen stuff Definetely not going back here

The convivium café sits opposite the university of Turin's Einaudi campus building in an ex industrial area that is a bit more chill than the more crouded central areas of the city . Decor is great outside area is too nice food a good place to meet friends . Pasta dish costs around 8 euro.

I would only go there if none of my other favourite places were closed. The fare is OK, the atmosphere is not quite what its name suggests.

Self service very equipped and rich of proposals. we hope to return to normal because before covid was even better. I recommend absolutely for a good lunch.
