Two lanes of drive through but no order until you get to the window... This is the norm not a once off. 30 mins in still waiting Worst mcdonalds in the Uk Avoid at at all cost They say 24 hour but close sevice unless pick up and concentrait on pick ups while customets trapped in car lanes are made to wait. Awful service, avoid
Ordered deliver at 16.30 estimate time 45 mins. Time then adjusted to 17.50 still no delivery at 18.30 when I cancelled disappointing the children. No communication of any problem after the order was accepted. Simple message would have been ok but just ignored.
Absolute shambles of a place staff don't know their backside from their elbow. Try to pass the buck on to Uber drivers when they're the idiots who forget to give the actual orders to the drivers!
Time after time my order is never complete and I always promise myself that I will write a review, but never get around to it, but enough is enough and I will come on to that later..... Firstly, on quite a few occasions I have used the Drive Thru quite late at night..... Have found myself in a que of approx ten vehicles for at least fifteen minutes..... Arrive at the speaker order point, to be asked to drive (que) around to the window. When I have reached the window, I'm told by the team member that the tills computers are down and to wait in the car park, or come back later..... When I have suggested that I drive back around to reorder, I'm told that that is not possible as its not known how long the systems will be down for. With this in mind, I have suggested that they close cone off the Drive Thru in order to stop frustrating customers and wasting their time.... I was met with a blank stare and a garbled reply. Today though (22 10 2023) at early evening time, this consistently poor restaurant Drive Thru didn't fail to live up to their poop reputation (yet again)...... I had ordered three meals, only to find (Yet again) incorrect and missing items This time all three sets of fries were missing, dips missing (that I paid extra for) and incorrect drinks. How hard can it possibly be when the staff have big screens telling them what to place in the bags cups ??? On this occasion, I called the store to complain (explaining stressing to the lady that answered that I was not having a go at her personally)...... I was offered to call back in to collect my fries, correct drinks dips and as compensation, I could receive free ice cream.... What good is that when you have arrived home, six miles ten minutes away ??? ....... Please McDonalds Pontypool, we don't want freebies..... Just complete a simple task of getting an order right in the first place Yes mistakes can happen, but not as consistently as all these poor reviews suggest. Clearly McDonald's (as a franchised branch, or a world business) either do not care about their standards, or no representative of this brand ever bother to read reviews..... I know what action I would be implementing If it was my business !
No coffee for lorry drivers at night because this McDonald’s is a 24 hours for some costumers not all, thank you McDonald’s for not allowing some costumers to have theirs coffee just because the drive thur is just for cars not vans or lorry’s…same story different day
