There is no waiting service. it is only outside seat and window service. eating was very good. the ambiente is missing something. while there is a lot of green and a river near, they sit in the ground next to the parking space of an office complex.

Great food for breakfast and lunch. they need to order or wait, just order online no in the dining room there is a large outdoor space for sitting. the food was delicious and a unique menu. everything we ordered was fresh!

The one that avoid me to give 5 stars is the french toast! Its not usual french toast, its just bread with no egg was and sugar cinnamon like we wanted.. I asked my bf to complained but he said it might just the restaurant style so we trashed itJUST GET EVERYTHING ELSE ON THE PICS, THEY ARE AWESOME!

They are not open inside anymore, only through take out window. I’ve had their muffins and they are okay, not bad but not amazing either. We ordered a regular cinnamon roll and accidentally were given the apple one and it was pretty good.

Menu is available onlineWe tried the-Blueberry Sunrise which L loved. Blueberry muffin top with egg, protein, and cheese inside. It is sweet and savory like a M griddle-Zesty Mexican- a more savory sandwich with lots of meat and guacamole-Cinnamon Roll French toast. They dip a whole cinnamon roll in cinnamon egg batter and fry the bottom side. Novel but will skip in the future.
