Overall, I thought the food quality was excellent—very tasty and fresh. However, I was not fond of the 15% surcharge added to the bill for what they call a sustainable and equitable work environment for employees, whatever that means. If they want to increase prices, they should just raise them outright instead of tacking on a percentage to my after-tax total. Then, after that, I’m still expected to tip, even though I order at a counter like in a fast-food place, then go pick up my meal in another room once my name is called. Why should I tip in this situation? I spent $34 on a burger, fries, and two beers, and I had to get everything myself. No, I’m not tipping.

Wow! I haven't lived here in 20 years, so I thought I'd check out one of the new restaurants. I was very impressed by the flavors of the burgers we ordered. The spacious area didn't feel crowded at all, and you can also choose to eat outside. There are games available if you're feeling lucky too! I highly recommend stopping by to check it out!

The Classic burger was fantastic and cooked just the way we wanted. The onion rings were excellent as well. However, it would have been nice to have my shake delivered at the same time as our food. It was a bit more expensive than I anticipated for two people, but overall, we had a great experience.

Fantastic burger joint and bar! I had the Brookwood(? And it was absolutely delicious. Paired with a crisp cold coke that was definitely on par with McDonald's coke and it was a great meal. Staff was very friendly and speedy with the service. Highly recommend and will definitely be back again soon!

Decent Burger and friendly service. Poor value. The burgers are made to order. They are good but for the price, there are better options. I ordered the lowest priced burger, the Classic Burger, priced at $10.50. This doesn 't include fries. A regular side order of fries will add $3.50 to your bill or $4.00 if you want the cajun seasoning. I didn 't really appreciate that they request a tip but don 't bring your meal to your table, plus they add a 15% Hospitality Fee . An explanation of the Hospitality Fee was printed on the receipt. It was very clear that This service fee is not gratuity It feels a bit preachy. We did go a bit early, so the restaurant wasn 't too busy. I noticed several employees kind of standing around, hanging out near the ordering stand. Been there once, not worth a return trip.
