The Big Biscuit - Topeka

The food at this restaurant is decent, but the service is terrible. There was no attention to detail, as I was left with dirty dressing next to me throughout my meal. I had to ask multiple times for basic items like ranch dressing and water, and the server never checked on me to see how my meal was. The menu I ordered from sat on the table the entire time, and it took a long time for my bill to arrive. The chicken sandwich I ordered was okay, but the service from Gavin was very poor. I have had better experiences with breakfast here, but overall, the service needs significant improvement. The mess left by the previous diners was not cleaned up for 30 minutes.

It was good eating and friendly staff makes you want to come again

My man likes it, I'm not a biscuit fam somewhere eating was good, but the acoustic is terrible! listens to speak to each other, especially if you wear hearing aids

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was advised not to park in the three spots designated for cars. I ended up spending $16 and received three meals, which was fantastic! The young waitress, who was training a male server, was delightful. This happened a week and a half ago, and I regret not knowing her name. I took photos of the menu to become more familiar with it.

I stopped for lunch (my first visit here).The restaurant is clean. The pictures on the walls are great. Lots of seating.Took a few minutes to get seated even though it was slow, as the staff was chatting on his headset for a couple minutes.I ordered the Brunch Burger with fries, asking for no salad.My burger came with full salad.I love a warm, silky egg yolk, but it had been pierced with a knife stuck into the burger.It was the most well-done burger I have had in some years. There was no moisture to speak of. Very little flavor.The hash browns were also far overcooked, not burnt, just dry. Like cardboard.Will I visit again? Maybe.The waitress was polite, friendly, and professional.The iced tea was a nice beverage.
