Domino's Pizza - Topeka

I gave up an order and they canceled it without giving me some kind of notification. I only noticed it because the job processor I raised said it was canceled. I don't know if they refunded the amount I paid on the card, but don't waste their time to place a job here. oh, and if I check my bank statements and find that I can not expect my money for pizza that have not shown that they can expect legal measures for the payment in the context of remuneration.

They screwed my pizza and chad the manager promised a free pizza at my next visit and the girl that answered the phone said I couldn't get my free pizza. bad customer service. I need my pizza, chad.

I ordered pizza last week, paid for three toppings with additional toppings on each of them, and was calculated for it. what I got was a pizza with a total of 9 pieces pfefferoni. I chose the points for my compensation. I have used the points for a free pizza tonight, my order placed, only for the mülldose of a load to cancel my order, then ignore the ring phone for 16 minutes and 19 seconds before they hang it up to now without word. this was an order I used points that are gone, but I didn't get anything from it. who manages this special load must be fired. I do not say that easily I am from these dominas regularly, almost at least once a week, for the past year, and I am ultimately lacking with their terrible customer service and inability to even make a unique pizza right my points and they often ignore their customers to deposit. other mistakes that I have received from this place: pizza with literally no sose on it at several places burnt food at multiple locations lacking of foods completely wrong ordering them not even their boxes during delivery so that the drivers do not know what they take, where) called the store at many places to ask what a order takes, so long phone hours has not even answered someone who has answered the only the bottom of the barrel. Do not order from here, unless they have the geduld of a holy one and do not care what they bring to them if at all.

Ordered online, quality check as of 7:26pm, barely delivered at 8:16pm. Pizza is cold and both boxes when opened, pizza stuck to them. Christine, the driver had another person/kid bring the food up, not the person working there. Pizza late and tasteless. Go to a different Dominos, stay away from this place.
