Not even opened traveled 200 km to come to a shutdown business, not happy at all and a very excited 4 yr old

This is a cheaper quieter alternative to chipmunks. We switch between Iplay and Chipmunks. It is much cheaper here with the entrance half of the price and even cheaper if you buy a 10 entry multi-pass. The kids have fun. The food is reasonable....The coffee is drinkable. Friends of us even had breakfast here and said it was good. We'll be back.

I had my sons here with friends' birthday. Cheap and easy way to entertain a few guys. Baskin and Robbins were appropriate.

This is a great place to take children, they have a great time, games for all ages and some great deals.

I heard about this restaurant and thought it would be a good place to take my 3-year-old granddaughter. I tried calling, but only got an answering machine. The website indicated that it was open, so we decided to give it a try. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very aggressive staff member who yelled at us, saying that she was waiting for a birthday party group and we were not allowed to enter. This was very unprofessional and rude. A suggestion to management would be to put up a sign at the front door indicating that the restaurant is closed for a private booking, and also update the website to reflect this. Helpful staff could have made a difference in this situation. We were not the only ones turned away, and people are more understanding if there is proper signage. In the end, we went to Inflatable World and had a wonderful time. I highly recommend Inflatable World.
