Hot Basil Thai Cottage Restaurant

Enjoy that the doors open early allowing for a meal on the way home. Staff were attentive, but not overbearing. Meal smelt and tasted great, with a nice spicy bite to it that wasn't overwhelming.

Meals are served quickly. Meals are always tasty and good value for money. The restaurant is handy to nearby cinema and live theatre complex, so great for a quick meal before a show.

Meal was excellent, all my favourite Thai dishes including Green Curry Chicken, Seafood Pad Thai, Maasaman Beef Curry, BBQ prawns etc.

My partner and I came away for the weekend for a bit of a getaway. Naturally I was craving Thai food . I had a look at some reviews and found this little place .We went in and had a look at the menu and we were surprised at how reasonable the prices were . As vegetarian I am always on the hunt for a good Vege curry and this one simply didn't disappoint . The food was beautiful . I order the vegetable tofu red curry and coconut rice . Put together the combination was a perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors . The only done side was I could not find a menu anywhere online for this restaurant . I was ordering take away and knew it would take around 20 min so not able to phone in my order was frustrating and we had to go in to see the menu then wait around . Other than that the staff were lovely and pleasant and the food was affordable and delicious. Definitely coming back .
