I tried it for the first time today and it wanted me more. excellent customer service and great food. it will get definitiw next time I get from warwick!

Quite average meal. chips were cold. enchilada pretty bland. I had to wait 30 minutes. people before I came there, take away. Maybe the owner should have been there instead of a few teenagers running the load! very disorganized. happy to pay...for good food, but that was a sweat.

Guzman gomez certainly has some really delicious dishes. they love the decoration when they eat and many accessible parking spaces. the personal seemed a little love in the headlights .we actually got more than we ordered and paid. So, I guess someone else was... left wandering what happened with their order.

We had a chicken burrito bowl a chicken enchilada to take away! faster service. great food. as always gyg eating is excellent!

I eat here often and it is usually good. Recently though it has been slipping this Sunday trying to order two mini meals with chips and guacamole instead of fries (our regular order). The young man at the till was clearly new and was struggling...to enter the order. He asked for assistance from a lady who I assume was the manager on shift. She was very dismissive of him and frankly not helpful to him or us as the customer. After several minutes of this I simply left out of frustration to go eat elsewhere. Worst service I have had in along time from any restaurant. The staff seemed unfriendly to the customer and each other, I assume this reflects on the manager. I felt bad for the young man at the till he was trying his best and getting no support.
