I didn't have them since I moved out of melbourne last year. the noodles are pulled right in front of them. fresh I asked for extra chili and delivered them! the two men who drew the noodles and cook were very friendly. I was the only blonde in there and it was lunch on Friday. the noodles are thick and chewy, the black mint was full of chili and soyaei just finished it perfectly. the boss gave me a free orange drink after I finished my dandan super spicy noodles to cool my mouth. I liked eating lunch tonight. try it!
Delicious fresh hand made biang biang noodles. loved the texture and the amount of bite in the noodles, they were made and cooked to perfection! the Spinat aroma was also a beautiful surprise! I also enjoyed the Schweineburger. they can not really go wrong with slow boiled tenderly pulled dicks and broth!
The interior of the resaturant was a bit questionable. Cash only, with a fast food type feel. I side eyed the plastic take away containers sitting on the tables full of chilli oil (but that didn't stop me from scooping plenty onto my noodles). There were also periodic bursts of someone loudly banging something against the benchtop. Maybe they were flattening the noodles...? The noodles themselves were very interesting. I’ve seen pictures of the noodles of this place and have been wanting to try it . Finally tried it today I’ve ordered the scrambled egg and tomato with thick noodles . The noodles are really chewy . The portion was a little big for me but I did finish all . Adding a little chilli oil to it makes it much nicer with a little spiciness to it Got to see them making the noodles too before serving it to me . It was really nice
I got the Sichuan noodles (dry big flat noodle). L I enjoyed it, nice aromas. Could do with more mince and more flavour but overall is yummy. The egg was tasty! The biang biang noodle itself can be inconsistent as it depends who is making it on the day sometimes its thick sometimes its nice and thin. Just dont like how kitchen looks dirty. Otherwise its good.
