This was the most disappointing experience I've ever had! The customer service was incredibly poor. I can't believe I actually chose to walk in here. It's truly appalling. I will never waste my time or money at this establishment again.

My mother and I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant last week, as we both ended up with serious stomach issues afterward. I wouldn't consider going back, even if someone offered to pay me to eat there again. The environment was extremely unclean, and I was shocked to see a sink right at the entrance—absolutely unacceptable. It's disgraceful that they allowed a vulnerable individual and a dedicated mom to leave with a foodborne illness. I truly believe they may not have followed proper hygiene practices while preparing our meals. I won't be returning to this place again.

I had a delicious hamburger to go, and the service was very friendly as well.
