Missing 3 of the 6 drinks I ordered. 2 20oz redbull and a 20oz squirt

Every time I order from Holiday, my order is never complete! When I call to inquire, they never have any answers and often blame the person who prepared the order. Please check your orders!

They always pay attention to my request for pebble ice! Huge thumbs up!

I didn't receive two of my items but was still charged for them. When I attempted to request a refund using the help option, it only allowed me to select one item. When I tried to go back and get a refund for the second item, I was kicked out and received a message saying, "the issue for the order had been handled." I also messaged my dasher, but they did not respond.
