Contribuiți la feedbackDuring my first visit, there was a mix-up with my order, and they didn’t even ask me what I wanted. The next time I went, I had to wait 30 minutes. However, my latest experience was the worst. I asked the cashier to split my payment: $4 in cash and the remaining balance on my card, which only had $19 available. The cashier insisted that my card wouldn’t work because there wasn’t enough money on it. I clarified once again that I only wanted to use $4 in cash and the rest on my card. She told me that I couldn't pay for a $21 order with just $4 in cash. I reiterated that I wanted to split the payment between cash and card, and she denied my request. I left feeling very frustrated with the way I was treated. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and very helpful! I can't recall the name of the girl who assisted us, but she was carrying a backpack. She provided great assistance with our order. This place offers the best value for a children's dinner, no question about it!
It's frustrating that they provide an upsell sheet at the window if they’re not willing to accommodate additional requests. Eventually, the employee took our payment and waited for the chefs to finish our food, but she could have easily had a root beer float made in that time. My kids were understandably upset, and if they hadn't been so hungry, I might have been too. I tried to reach out to a manager over the next two days to share my experience, but I could never get anyone to answer the phone. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here. The food was mediocre at best for the $50 we spent, and the staff were quite rude.

The food was fine but the environment was filthy. From the moment you walked in the lobby was a mess, tables were dirty, there was litter on the floor out in the dining area as well as behind in the preparation area. There were straw wrappers, napkins, and food wrappers kicked out of the aisles under all of the appliances in the prep area. Pretty much everyone there, which appeared to be about six or seven, were all teenagers. There did not seem to be anyone really in charge of cleanliness, operations, or location appearance. During our time there a manager person did show up and appeared to be engaged with some kind of equipment that she needed to work on that she placed on the front counter where you would place an order. A man stood and waited several minutes until she was done and then was able to place his order. There were two stations that you could order from, but only one was one was being used. The outside of the restaurant was dirty as well. The front door and windows were dirty. There were grease stains all over the sidewalk by the front door and it appears someone poured grease into the flower bed out in front. While this restaurant is not very old, it is really taking a beating! That seems like a waste of a great investment. I hope somebody really pays attention to this and brings it to the standard that this brand deserves.
