The food was excellent, earning a perfect score in all aspects. The service was also outstanding – the staff were attentive and friendly. We always do our best to place our orders respectfully and maintain a friendly demeanor towards the staff, but she seems to treat every single customer poorly, not just the ones who might be rude. I usually try to be understanding if an employee is having a rough day, but her negativity is a constant issue whenever we visit. This is particularly frustrating as we stop in once or twice a week, and encountering her unfriendly attitude that often is too much to handle. Numerous reviews have pointed out the same concern regarding this lady, yet no action seems to have been taken. Truckers already face a lot of stress in their jobs, and they certainly don’t need to deal with added negativity from a staff member. Visiting a restaurant should be a comforting experience, not an unpleasant one. If multiple complaints about the same employee haven’t prompted any changes, I honestly don’t know what will.

Went for lunch like 2 months ago staff charged me double. I kept my reciept. Called back and asked for a refund. They told me it was reversed and it was not. Becareful getting food here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The older white lady seemed more focused on quickly serving customers than on preparing a quality sandwich. There was hardly any meat, and although the sandwich was supposed to have double the cheese, I barely received a sprinkle of shredded cheese. She also snapped at me for not making my vegetable selection quickly enough. I understand that it can get busy when there’s a line, but the service was really disappointing. So happy their open during the hours that truckers work and not on bankers hours. Thank you for your service
